vlion - a pursuit of the ineffable

Per prior posting, I'm moving to the town of Bellingham, WA mid-June.

Trying to bone up on the place prior to, yannow, living there. (Insert joke about nerds and reading).

I've found

• the subreddit, incl. rants about which rental agencies are crap

• reference to "non-traditional" board game meetups (woot)

• police log

• crime twitter

• police scanner feed

• recommended internet provider (they are all varying degrees of bad)

• map of neighborhoods

• that there will be a winco in B'ham, and that there is a costco

• that there is a hackerspace

• that there is a linux conference thing yearly

• and a nerd conference thing too I guess

I'm so excited.
